The present invention relates to a connection with a furniture part and a fitting part according to the preamble of claim 1, and a method for fixing such a connection.
For furniture parts are often plate-shaped elements, cabinet shelves or sides, drawer fronts or drawer bottoms, etc. In a large number of furniture technical functions such as turning functions of doors or pull-out functions of drawers are implemented by means of fittings hereinafter. These fittings are connected in a variety of ways with the furniture parts. Very common are screwing, pressing and spreading elements. Common to all is the requirement to ensure a solid, re-releasable, fast, tool-less applicable and cost-effective connection. An additional requirement may be that the material thickness of the furniture part for the application of one of the above compounds is not sufficient. For example, the use of 4 mm long screws in chipboard does not always give the required strength values. The object of the invention is to provide a compound which meets all the criteria mentioned.
A very large segment of furniture is the "Fiat-Pack" products. In this case, the furniture parts are packaged disassembled. Assembly is carried out by the customer himself. For such products, simple assembly is a particularly important aspect. It should be possible for every customer without previous technical knowledge to assemble the furniture. Furthermore, with this group of users, loose and similar small parts should be avoided as far as possible. For the inexperienced user, it is difficult to distinguish the fasteners and to use them in the right place. In contrast, it is no longer a challenge for the current manufacturer of furniture parts to place a receiving cut in the plate material instead of a borehole. WO 2011 151 758 A3 describes a complex plate connection whose goal is to fix furniture parts without tools and without clamping devices and glue. It is important that no supernatants arise, which complicate the parts packaging or increase the packing format. The fact that in the inventive connection of two parts after loosening no residues - such as expansion dowel - remain in the material, is a significant advantage in terms of recycling.
Different fitting parts are often very similar in appearance. The hard-to-see difference may relate, for example, to function or target position, such as left or right. The compound of the invention facilitates part coding, which is common in electrical connectors to prevent confusion. In the described example of an underfloor coupling, the distance between the retaining bolts left and right could be chosen differently. The user would no longer be able to place a coupling incorrectly.
The object of the invention is to provide a compound which meets all the criteria mentioned.
This object is achieved by a connection with the features of claims 1 and or 2 and with a method having the features of claims 9 or 10. 2/11
2
A piece of furniture usually consists of several pieces of furniture. By way of example, the invention will be described below on a drawer with underfloor guidance. In this case, the state of the art that on the furniture sides "guide rails" and the drawer, a coupling fitting are mounted with integrated adjustment mechanisms. Depending on the logistical requirements, the coupling fitting is mounted on the drawer bottom or the drawer front. The attachment of the coupling must be able to withstand the forces occurring at the drawer travel limit. If the coupling is to be fastened to a particularly thin drawer bottom, screws and dowels are thus separated out.
The object is achieved in that retaining collars are preferably attached to the fitting parts, which engage positively in receiving milled into the furniture parts receiving contours. In the example described, a commercially available coupling fitting is extended by two retaining bolts which have different diameters along the cylinder axis. The furniture part has a T-slot-like receiving groove, which allows a positive connection. Also new is the locking of the connection by means of a further furniture part. For example, the coupling can be pushed from the front to the ground, and their provision blocked by the following front mounting. When the front is removed again, the coupling can simply be pushed out of the form-fitting grooves or keyholes. It is obvious that the function of the lock can also be done by another piece of furniture, such as the drawer side. It is also obvious that the coupling could be fastened in the same way to the furniture front or the drawer side. The exemplary coupling is analogous to equate the term fitting part.
Further advantages and details of the invention will become apparent from the figures and the associated description of the figures. The cited drawings are only illustrative of a variety of applications. Show

3 shows a commercially available coupling supplemented with retaining bolts according to the invention.
Fig.4 views of the fitting part
In Fig. 1, a compound according to the invention is shown with removed drawer front 4. The drawer side 3 is connected to the drawer bottom 2 by means of a preferably prestressed profile groove. The Beschlägeteil 1 is inserted along the direction X in the receiving grooves 6. The depth limitation is carried out by the length of the grooves 6. In the use state, the Beschlägeteil 1 is blocked against return of the mounted front 4. Thus, the fitting part 1 is fixed in the direction of a rectangular coordinate system in all directions.
Fig. 2 shows the left front corner of the drawer bottom 2 viewed from below. It can be seen, the two grooves 6, the Aufschieberichtung X, and moved away only the engaging in the groove 6 suitable retaining bolt 5 of a fitting part. 3/11 • · · ································································································· · · · # · · · 3
